Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes 4-10 business days after shipment, though this can vary by location and shipping method. Processing may take longer during peak seasons, sales events, or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout. If you have questions about shipping to your location, contact us and we'll confirm the details.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but I didn't receive it?

Once an order is shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and package handling are the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for the fastest resolution. Feel free to reach out to us too and we'll help however we can.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information is sent to the email address you used at checkout once your order ships (allow up to 48 hours for it to appear in the carrier's system). You can also visit our Track Your Order page and either sign in to your account for status, or send us your order number and email and we'll confirm it for you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period can't be accepted. To be eligible, items must be in original condition, include all original packaging and accessories, and be suitable for resale. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

How do I start a return, and who pays for return shipping?

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which can vary depending on your location and chosen courier. Returns that don't meet our return conditions will be rejected.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as popular digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, where available at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and orders aren't considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

Is it safe to enter my payment information?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through checkout, and we don't store your full payment details on our servers.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help before your order is processed. Please note we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders in certain cases (for example, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraud); if your order is canceled after payment has been received, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

You're responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us right away with the correct address and we'll do our best to update it before your order is processed — we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

What if my order already shipped?

Once an order has shipped we're unable to modify or cancel it, as delivery is then handled by the carrier. You're welcome to arrange a return once it arrives using our standard return process above.
